Owner, Martin (Marty) Bruemmel has been providing valet parking attendant service in the Boston metropolitan area since 1982. Marty began valet parking while he was working as a bartender in Boston and filled in for a valet attendant who had called in sick. His first valet parked vehicle was a De Lorean. The bartending career went on hold and he has been valet parking since. Marty has also consulted for national valet parking companies.
“We started valet parking in 1982 for Davide Ristorante in Boston 's historic North End,” said Bruemmel. “In 1984, we expanded to include Devon on the Common, in the Theater District. After a restaurant fire, Devon moved to the new World Trade Center in 1986 where we provided valet parking not only for Devon , but for the tenants and customers of the newly opened facility. From there the portfolio of restaurants we provided valet parking for expanded to the North End, Back Bay, South End of Boston, North Shore and Brookline , Massachusetts .”
Bruemmel went on, “We expanded to Cape Cod and the Islands in 2006 with Cape Cod Valet.com in hopes of fulfilling the need for a professional valet parking service.
